My name is Orah.

I wrote all of these pages myself, by hand, and Becky typed them up.

I wrote for half an hour at a time and then stopped for a break.

I can write well, but it's tiring.

Speaking is the same - I can do it but it takes a while.

Although I have been very depressed at the beginning of my stroke, not coming from a big darkness, I have with the time ovecome it! You have to go on with a smile and look for the good things. Life goes on and you have to take it as it comes.
