How
this page happened. I don’t know about you but when looking at a computer screen, I
find reading black print on a white background difficult.
Nothing dramatic but it is as though the page is swimming, like reading a
newspaper / book under water. If I
concentrate word by word I can see what I am reading but loose the sense of it
as a whole. I might have thought this was something peculiar to me if it hadn't
cropped up in one of our early web group meetings. I prefer to read print on a light blue background. I like a reasonable size print - none of that screwing up the eyes
for even more crows feet if I can help it and a plain, straightforward font. If only the rest of life were this easy to correct. The words and thoughts on my web page are my own. I wrote it but it looks good because other people put in the hours and added that lovely jiggery-pokery magic thang. I enjoyed deciding what to include and didn't find it too difficult - it took time (rather more than I let on), so any spelling/grammatical errors . . . they are all my own work! |
