It's easy to get tablets mixed up, or forget how many to take.

You can buy a dispenser from your local chemist.
Your tablets can be put into different sections of the dispenser.
The sections are labelled with days and times to help you keep track.
If you find it difficult to fill the dispenser, ask a friend or relative to help.
Your pharmacist may fill the dispenser for you, or show you how to do it.
